By enrolling in the Hormone Glow Up program (the “Program”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

  •  If selecting a payment plan, Client agrees to complete all payments in the plan selected, regardless of whether Client completes, participates in, or finishes the Program. Payment plans are not subscriptions that can be paused or canceled. They are a full financial commitment to the entire investment.

2. No Refunds 

  •  Due to the digital nature of this program and the energetic integrity of this work, there are absolutely no refunds under any circumstances. Client acknowledges this policy and agrees not to initiate any chargebacks.

3. No Guarantees 

  •  Client understands that results are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on many individual factors, including personal commitment, lifestyle, and existing health conditions. Client takes full responsibility for their own participation and implementation.

4. No Medical Advice 

  •  Client understands that Christy Nault and any affiliates of the Program are not licensed medical providers. 5. Liability Waiver & Hold Harmless 

  •  Client releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Christy Nault, her company, contractors, affiliates, or anyone associated with this Program from any and all claims, liability, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the Program. This includes but is not limited to any physical, mental, emotional, or financial harm.

6. No Right to Sue 

  •  Client waives any right to institute legal proceedings against Christy Nault or associated entities for any reason pertaining to this Program.

7. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality 

  •  All content provided in this Program is the intellectual property of Christy Nault. Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share program materials.

8. Entire Agreement 

  •  This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. By completing the purchase, Client confirms they have read, understood, and voluntarily accept these terms.
